“Worst five star and shangri la ive ever stayed at.
1. The reception area smells like the same air freshness many toilets in malls use. Five star hotels shouldn't be using toxic cancer air freshners.
2. The chinese restaurant was good, but one could smell the toxic cancer causing air freshners used in mall toilets.
3. The shower head in the room had a 2$ shower head with a 1$ plastic hose. Though the bathtub was very nice and room relatively clean.

“Don’t be fooled by the Westin branding. Classic domestic hotel: looks good from a distance but rooms too hot and too dry, no way to control heating, fixtures and fittings falling apart, horrible smells coming from the plumbing, poor cleanliness, offensively bad coffee etc. Honestly, I suspect it’s no better or worse than the neighbouring hotels, just giving an honest review from a European perspective.
Staff were very friendly though, and it’s very close to the ski area. Good restaurants...

“Exceptional Hotel, located right on the snow, views up to the main peak and across to the magic carpet, chair lifts and cable cars. The village with restaurants and shops is also very close, just a short walk from the hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful, the breakfast was abundant with a selection of both eastern and western foods. Special thank you to Julie and Kohl for taking such good care of us at breakfast.
