“The condition of the room is so bad. The bathroom is unclean with hair all over the shower area and you need to shut the door to move around. It’s too small. The entrance door is worse, not even sound proof or trying to block any sound. Sometimes you can even hear flushing of toilet from the room beside. The water that is filled in your room, comes with a foul smell. The overall finishing is just way below expectations and not even worth the price you’re paying for ”

“Nice looking resort that is situated very close to a private beach. Enjoyed the lush look of the resort. Breakfast was good with local delights like Roti Canai, Nasi Lemak, Dimsum. Staff were helpful and a treat to deal with. Some downsides: - There is sound leaking into the bedroom from the corridor. We heard people shouting outside our rooms at 12am. I would imagine better sound proofing would have been present in a 5 star hotel but apparently not. - The thermostat aircon in our room did not...

“ベッド周りもシャワールームやトイレも清潔できれいでした。シャワーの水圧も温度調整も問題ありませんでした。食事も美味しいしお酒も飲めるBARもあるので、ホテル時間を満喫しました。ホテルの通りにお店もあるので、立地は良いです。JBセントラルまで徒歩23分。バス停まで4分でバスに乗れば15分くらいで到着しますが、3階駐車場から裏に出れば徒歩6分くらいでセントラルまで行けます！かなり近道！”
