"Location is the main draw, right in the middle of downtown Salta. All is walkable. We hired a car and we could park right in the front of the building, but if you arrive around the time that the schools go out, you might have to park somewhere else first. Room itself is fairly small, but ok for a couple of days. "

"I have stayed in over 1200 hotels in my life. THIS WAS THE WORST. STAY AWAY!!!! A power surge took out my laptop while I was in my room. This is obviously a huge problem. Staff were worse than useless with that problem and other requests. I asked them to recommend a computer repair place and they suggested a cell phone store. An Uber driver said it was "stupid" and took me to a computer repaid place. I asked their staff to recommend a gym (see below) and they recommended one over 1 km away. There were many closer, better gyms. I got a message the day before check in saying that i had to complete a web form or i could not check in. It did not work. I told staff and they blamed my browser. I tried with 3 browsers on my phone and computer and it never worked. The gym at the hotel was tiny and had one machine, which was broken. Staff said a repair person would be there monday but when i checked out Wednesday, it was still broken. Finally, watch out for the doors! I hurt my thumb due to a uniquely stulid door design. "

"No frills hotel with a pretty good value and good location. Breakfast was great, lots of options provided and served early enough in case you have an early excursion. Not sure if this is common with other hotels in Salta but the hotel key card have to be left behind with the hotel every time you leave, and they didn’t really check for our id when we came back to get our room key from a different staff, which is a bit of a security concern. Room was pretty clean, although the shower curtain had some mold on it, other than that I had a pretty good stay at this hotel."
