“Amazing 5 star hotel”

“Exceptional hotel. location was great. Very clean and modern. the staff went above and beyond and gave us an early check in when we arrived. One of the best complimentary breakfasts with a ton of variety. We loved the heated indoor pool, sauna and steam room. Overall we can’t say a bad word about it. We would def come back!”

“Great location easy walk into downtown Funchal. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Ocean view recommended!! Weekend techno music wasn't my cup of tea. Weekend cleaning the room not great”

“Das ganze Hotel war sauber, das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, wenn doch mal was daneben ging. Das Personal, vor allem im Restaurant war sehr aufmerksam. Das wars aber auch schon mit positiven Erfahrungen. Essen könnte besser sein, da ist man von RIU anderes gewöhnt. Der Innenpool ist Miniklein und schließt zudem 18:00 Uhr...was soll denn der Quatsch??? Auch der Außenpool konnte nach 18:00 Uhr nicht mehr benutzt werden. Heizung stand auf Winterbetrieb, keine klimaanlage möglich. Nachts……

“Very clean in all areas, Great central location, staff extremely attentive and friendly. Only downside is the gym which is very small but was not ann inconvenience . Otherwise perfect. ”

“The hotel is located near the coast and near a majority of attractions in Funchal. Our stay here was nice and comfortable with no real highlights or lowlights to speak of, and that is a compliment, we admired the cozy painless experience. The outdoor pool was absolutely freezing with the outdoor temperature being 20 degrees, though that was more due to the breeze. The rooftop bar is quite nice and cozy to chill at after a day out in the city !”

“1.五星級酒店，設備、環境和服務都還不錯，唯獨網路在房間不是太穩定是缺點。 2.白天大廳有一位阿姨非常非常客氣，所有其他的服務人員都非常客氣，很棒！！ 3.酒店旁邊的賭場是敗筆，服務人員態度非常差，而且對於整個景色是一個很難看的所在。”

“Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Wonderful staff, incredible food, clean and comfortable rooms, beautiful views! Lots of stairs and steep narrow roads so not the best place for people with mobility issues. We loved it and highly recommend!”
