“The hostel was a cute little spot. We liked that we had our own little balcony with a hammock. We didn't care much for the beach since that was unfortunately dirty, but there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. If you are in Puerto Lopez, I recommend this hostel.”

“I was extremely disappointed with the hotel because I kindly requested a partial refund due to the fact that I could not stay at the hotel at all due to a travel schedule conflict, and they refused to do that. Extremely disappointed and will not soon be visiting this hotel chain in the future. Expedia also let me down but blamed the hotel’s manager for ultimately refusing.”
