“The hotel has good bones, but needs a renovation. Staff is great, service is really wonderful! The room is really large and has good accommodation, but is in much need of a paint job and change in tiles. Everything worked. Has 110V”

“Excellent accueil, la personne à l’accueil - très sympathique - nous a proposé de modifier les chambres afin qu’elles soient sur le même étage.
Repas corrects mais la climatisation au restaurant est trop forte. La piscine n’est pas aussi grande que ce que suggèrent les photos. Emplacement s’est révélé assez loin des centres d’intérêt de Sao Luis. Plus in hôtel 4* qu’un 5.”

“At check in nobody helps with luggage or anything,during the night we have a issue and the whole property has no water ,the next day when the water returns our unit has no hot water,was a mess,unfortunately we had a really bad experience,,we don’t know if we ever will return to these property….”
