“I must start saying that the entire staff was nice and pleasant, the gym was nice, and the location was good. But the first disappointment was with the beds; I had a reservation for 1 king and a twin bed but we got three twins and I couldn't sleep with my husband during our entire stay (Wednesday - Monday). Then we walked into the dirtier room I have ever been. I couldn't believe I was paying over $100 dollars/day for that room. The floor was extremely dirty, the sink would accumulate water,……

“Amazing oasis in Santo Amaro. The staff and owners were very friendly and accomodating. The room was spacious and comfortable, great A/C and hot water pressure. It does work like a hotel the staff go in and change towels, remove gargage. The breakfast was varied ans delicious. They also set up the tours which were amazing. The only thing they need to improve is in the internet connections in the rooms as it was spotty or unavailable. I would recommmend to anyone. I loved my stay there.”
