"Family of 4 short stay - we had a lovely 4 days at Le Panorama. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The lounge and dining area are very relaxing and welcoming. The rooms are ok. In need of a little modernizing but were warm and functional. The swimming pool was at the end of a strange spiral staircase but the water was warm and good after skiing. Good location with easy access to town."

The room and bathroom were clean, the bed comfortable, plenty of storage space and there was a desk with a chair - useful for working. The hotel is at the eastern end of the main street so it is a stroll to the shops and restaurants - of which there are many.
Altogether a good place to stay when visiting La Bourboule."

A lot of old family run chateau are old and substandard, poor electrics, sparse hot water, weird owners...the Fawlty Towers experience. Not here. The decoration is beautiful, the bathrooms modern, hot water plentiful, breakfast replete with locally sourced produce served with a smile. We stayed a night, could've stayed a week.
