“Service is excellent. Shuttle bus is 24 hours to haram sharif. Only takes 10 min with bus and walking. It has people from all nationalities almost like a community atmosphere. You can pay more and stay in the flashier ones however umrah is about humility and how we are all equal.”

“My family had the pleasure of staying at Sultanhan Hotel - Special Class，and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The rooms were immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.
