“Location could not be better. Very nice room ( suite) clean and with great service from across members of staff. Strongly recommend getting a room facing the square or the inner courtyard as opposed to the rooms facing the street with cafes and bars. Breakfast buffet impressive in terms of variety and quality of the offerings”

“Almost excellent. Charming. Beautifully decorated. Convenient to Aarhus & Silkeborg. Rooms could have used a lick of fresh paint and bathrooms needed updating. Also a vacuum in the hallway. Dinner in the dining room was very well prepared, albeit with a limited menu. Could easily be so much more. Still, we enjoyed it more than the star ratings suggest. So romantic!”

“I had a room on the second floor and there was no lift - but in this kind of hotel you don't necessarily expect one, and the stairs were not a problem at all, being shallow and wide. The room was cleaned and made up each day, beautifully. The breakfast was served indoors or in the pleasant garden, which in the lovely weather was a bonus. The hotel is in an excellent position, handy for bus routes but on the edge of the pedestrianised centre of Aarhus, so that I was able to walk to and from……
