“This was a memorable stay, we will definitely be back!”

“We arrived at Burning Shore for our prebooked - prepaid accomodation over Xmas holidays - only to find it closed and without any notice on the door. When we phoned we were told the hotel was closed for renovations- and that they had not received our booking or payment ( clearly confirmed in hotels.com) - and no rooms were available in an adjacent/ presumably affiliated hotel ( 2 days before Xmas) . Hotels.com sorted this out with Burning Shore and arranged the refund promptly . It was……

“因为订不到索苏维拉公园里的小屋，本着退而求其次的心理，订了这家小屋，万万没想到，这次的住宿完完全全超乎预料。小屋都是建在山上的，得开四驱车上山，每个小屋坐落的位置都有讲究，相互错开，又不会错失风景。日落的时候，到餐厅露台上能看到超级完美的落日，晚上完全没有光源污染，能看到漫天繁星，拍星轨星空的好地方。房间很大，白天可以把帐篷的窗全部放下，草原风景一览无余，各种房间设施也是超乎想象的好！”
