LOVED OUR STAY HERE! Very clean, neat, & the staff was absolutely fantastic!! Food was great! Oh the saunas were so so so relaxing. The only reason I checked off the area outside of the property being unsafe is that Ecuador was under marshall law so we did not feel safe outside the hotel. BUT WE FELT TOTALLY SAFE & COMFORTABLE INSIDE!!! Did I mention how friendly the staff were!!!!! Cannot wait to came back!

I somehow thought this would be closer to the airport, but it was about a 30 minute drive. Nevertheless, Llalo was very clean, safe, professionally operated and the breakfast on the porch was ideal. The rates were appropriate for the lodging. I highly recommend it.

What a beautiful place

Absolutely recommend this property. The staff is amazing! We did a couple of the activities and love them. Definitely do the horse back riding tour! The food is delicious, the rooms are comfortable and where this property shines is on the little details- turn down service, with fireplace, chocolate and hot water bottles to keep the bed warm.

Phenomenal property and staff who went the extra mile to make you feel at home and also assist with all your needs during stay. Complementary SUV ride back to airport was a special touch. Classy staff and classy hotel - will recommend to all business associates and clients.

Beautiful authentic boutique hotel. I had to stay one night on my way to Galapagos and did not want to stay at one of those chain modern places. This hotel is very charming, with hammocks outside and place to walk safely on the property. Bonus airport transfer included. Onsite restaurant open till 10PM with great food.

A truly remarkable experience. Great place. Great service. Great food. The views are amazing and the place was all that we expected. We took the horse ride and it was great. I recommend this place to any wine wanting a relaxing and beautiful experience!

the place is a piece of paradise. Even though it is a little ways off, it is worth it. If you like nature and luxury at the same time, this is the place to be. Make sure to ask the staff to turn on the fireplace.

The hotel is a marvel and the Manage of Operations Juan Carlos Rios is tremendous--he is everywhere--greeting you upon arrival, getting the bellman to take luggage to the room, park the car, then in the restaurant and even assisting with travel directions for your onward journey. I had a wonderful experience at the Hacienda Morntinos, I love the views to the Cotopaxi, we arrived by midnight, people were there to greet us. This hotel is an old hacienda from 1910 with a cool nature trail. There is a great breakfast provided in lovely dining room with a fire place. The land scape is nicely maintained with pretty flowers and birds all around. We even were feeding llamas with carrots. I had the pleasure of staying for two nights. I had a number of medical issues as related to my diet. Every request was made with a smile.When I left I had to be at airport at 4am. No problem...
