"The owner accommodated us in another property inside the city limits stating that their property is under repair ! The accommodation provided was having just rooms with a/c facility, no hot water, running taps with a kitchen and dining hall. No swimming pool. Had booked because this was near to the forest and not with in city area. The person accommodated in alternative property never spoke about the difference of amount refundable for all the shortfalls. "The hotel has good potential but is suffering from no maintenance and bad management. In our room alone initially half the lamps, one out of two sockets and the tv didnt work, and the toilet clogged. The hotel was also noisy because they take large groups of indian tourist who make a lot of noise. But the building is beautifull and the location is also very good and the rooms would be fine if they had not sadly suffered from lack of maintenance. "
