“住宿體驗很好 飯店服務人員態度極為親切。但是在飯店的餐廳點了米飯不熟的壽司。跟餐廳反應時 只得到“主廚是都是這樣煮的，沒有問題”。 很遺憾 得不到適當的處理”

“The position was great; we had a water view it was very pretty. The balcony and the rooms were specious. You can walk to shops, bakeries, beach, it is in central location. The bad thing was that it is very run down, old. The bathroom was very old and worn out. The toilet flush was not working; we had to ask them to check and change parts. The amenities provided were limited and counted (Tea, coffee, tissue, toilet paper, rubbish bags, dishwashing and washing tablets ...) We had to ask for……

“1. Aircon was very noisy. No response to the request of changing room. 2. Having been waken up many times by the slam of doors of neighbors for some nights and totally could not sleep in a night because of the talking and giggling of a group of guests in a room until 5am. No regulation and poor sound insulation.”

“We asked the front desk staff to book a taxi to the ferry and he booked a private car and the price is three time higher than taxi. When I ask why it is so expensive. He replied that they charged by person. I have never booked a car which charged you by person in the world. As a world- known hotel, such a thing could never happen.”

“A great location, terrific staff, could not want for better service. Check in smooth. Room clean and tidy but needs a bit of tlc. Bed comfortable. Dinner was superb. Pool a great asset Grounds tidy and cared for. A beautiful building for the central facilities but is a little tired and needs some tlc. Overall a great experience and would recommend it for a stay, and we would come back. Thank you for the kind service folk of the Tieti Hotel.”

“酒店很美，离天然泳池也很近。蚊子挺多，早餐也很一般，品种不多，这样档次的度假酒店应该有更好的早餐。总体来说，食物水平不高。除了这些，其它都很完美。”
