“住宿體驗很好 飯店服務人員態度極為親切。但是在飯店的餐廳點了米飯不熟的壽司。跟餐廳反應時 只得到“主廚是都是這樣煮的，沒有問題”。 很遺憾 得不到適當的處理”

“1. Aircon was very noisy. No response to the request of changing room. 2. Having been waken up many times by the slam of doors of neighbors for some nights and totally could not sleep in a night because of the talking and giggling of a group of guests in a room until 5am. No regulation and poor sound insulation.”

“We booked a garden view room. The room was big and overall the property was great. The spa pool was closed and some of the restaurants were working in non traditional hours during our stay. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We were disappointed with the experience we had with our keys. We were allocated a room for the two nights and every time we came out of the room, we needed to spend 30-60 minutes to get back to our room, because our door lock was not working. “We asked the front desk staff to book a taxi to the ferry and he booked a private car and the price is three time higher than taxi. When I ask why it is so expensive. He replied that they charged by person. I have never booked a car which charged you by person in the world. As a world- known hotel, such a thing could never happen.”

“Our stay has been amazing. The beach right in front of the property is stunning and you are at a short distance of Kuto beach and Kanumera Bay. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and impressed us by predicting our needs either for an airport pickup or to ensuring we were grabbing dinner prior to the restaurants closing. The rooms are clean and the place is very peaceful. We would definitely recommend the property for those visiting Ile de Pines.”
