"Terrible experience at this hotel. They are only using the name of Hard Rock Hotel, but not delivering a 5 star experience. The location is very bad, horrible food, and the hotel is not clean at all (leaky roofs, smell around the property). We would like a refund and we were promised so through Expedia due to our experience. Would not recommend if you are looking for a luxurious stay in Goa."
