“Nice location and excellent service. ”

“Food was excellent ”

“Lovely hotel with great facilities, including a large pool and access to a clean beach. My only small criticisms is that there is no evening entertainment at the hotel and everyone disappears after dinner. There are now few western tourists staying at the hotel and so the food (very spicy!) and limited activities are aimed at the domestic market. ”

“It was a nice experience overall living in Taj for two days. One of the best things is the staff was very helpful in arranging tours and booking taxis. But one point Taj might improve is, though we have paid online for such a room for three people, we were told still that we have to be charged for an extra bed, which is not expected when we placed the order. ”

“AC isn't strong in my room. It takes a day to reach the set temperature. Definitely needs improvement. Rest was excellent.”

“Good for family ”

“Our second stay at this property, the personal remembered us from before and they looked after us. There are a lot of people to mention but highlighting some of those fantastic guys who looked after us where Miraz the chef who looked after all our culinary needs, Yogesh, mustafa and srijita looking after us at breakfast. Vijay and all at the pool area looking after us. All the cleaning staff were amazing. Had a great 11days at the property Krishna the manager was attentive to all our needs. Plus……

“The property is spread out. Some of the rooms are in a four plex building, while some are single chalets or duplexes. Dining restaurants are quite far from the majority of rooms, requiring walking or taking a golf cart ride. The buildings are generally well maintained as are the grounds and landscape. The rooms are spacious but the bathrooms ( relative to the square footage) are small. The resort has plenty of staff, but there is no sense of prompt customer service. From the room if one calls……

“We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. We spoke to the lovely female head chef at Chutney to thank her for the wonderful breakfast buffets - again her name eludes me but she was so sweet and does an excellent job. The food at both breakfast and the restaurants was out of……

“Neeraj is best guy”

“Good shower, comfy bed, clean, lovely grounds that are well maintained. Good pool, comfy sun beds with and some without shade. Courteous staff at pool bar. Poor and very slow service at breakfast. Never any bacon on buffet. Breakfast always a poor experience and the only aspect to let it down.”

“Super freundliches Personal. Hyatt Qualität zum günstigen Preis. Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Hotel sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Interkontinentales Frühstücksbuffet. Ruhig gelegen, 10 Minuten zum Strand. Und die Partyarea Tito's Lane ist auch fußläufig erreichbar. Ich werde wiederkommen. ”
