Em resumo, perdi a viagem e o feriado com a minha família. Fiquei muito decepcionado com o hoteis.com, pois deveria se certificar antes com o hotel, apartamento, pousada, investidor e etc, antes de mandar um e-mail confirmando para o cliente"

You can stay near the big pool during the day if you like the noise of organized activities or you can use one of the comfortable palapas if you value a quiet environment.
