LOVED OUR STAY HERE! Very clean, neat, & the staff was absolutely fantastic!! Food was great! Oh the saunas were so so so relaxing. The only reason I checked off the area outside of the property being unsafe is that Ecuador was under marshall law so we did not feel safe outside the hotel. BUT WE FELT TOTALLY SAFE & COMFORTABLE INSIDE!!! Did I mention how friendly the staff were!!!!! Cannot wait to came back!

Our experience were perfect in some many ways, the employes were very warm and helpful with the reservations for the local attractions, the entertainment living room in the hotel with the games and the karaoke let us enjoy in a safety way, the room was excelent and very confortable, the absence of tv wasnt necessary, I will absolutely return there and recommend them. My only sugestion is to put a fan inside de room. Thank you for everything!!

The hotel is a marvel and the Manage of Operations Juan Carlos Rios is tremendous--he is everywhere--greeting you upon arrival, getting the bellman to take luggage to the room, park the car, then in the restaurant and even assisting with travel directions for your onward journey. Beautiful authentic boutique hotel. I had to stay one night on my way to Galapagos and did not want to stay at one of those chain modern places. This hotel is very charming, with hammocks outside and place to walk safely on the property. Bonus airport transfer included. Onsite restaurant open till 10PM with great food.

My colleague and I had the most wonderful experience at Swissotel, Quito! The staff were amazing, the facilities are beautiful and the location is also great. I would definitely love to visit again! The hotel was very clean, the hotel restaurant was delicious, the gym pool & sauna where incredibly relaxing. I stayed there for my parents 50th anniversary/wedding celebration. The reception hall was elegant. But, above all THE STAFF, what can I say. They went above & beyond to make my parents day a day to REMEMBER! Andrea from reception & event planning we thank you for all your hard work. We will never forget you. We will definitely come back!

Location was great. Near malls lots of restaurants Got a bit noisy one night due to bar night but okay. Apt was a bit dated. Tub didn’t work. Kitchen utensils all broken. TV remote didn’t work properly, No coffee pot. But managed to make breakfast Main issue was with door getting stuck at times and owner took couple of hours to respond once. Aside from that great stay. Very safe area Very comfortable beds. Very clean

This hotel is a true mirage, highly recommend! The property is beautiful, very well maintained, and the service is impeccable, probably the best my husband and I ever had. We travel quite a lot and we were truly impressed by this gem of the hotel and by people who work there.
