"Room was perfect, room service was great. Front desk was amazing. Location was good. Mario and Cherry made certain I had everything I needed. Unable to remember all the front desk staff but they'll were all great. The beach chairs can definitely use updating. The location of the beach is very rocky and need to be better maintained. Expedia, false advertised that there was a gym on site. However, the bikes was a great option to get some exercise. I would stay here again if I had the chance to."

"Our overall stay could not have been better. We were provided a complementary upgrade. The facility was spotless and the condition of the place was immaculate. While a bit far from rest of the hotels, this is the perfect place to relax. Staff was super curteous and friendly. Food was amazing."

The staff was incredibly friendly, and Orlando went above and beyond—he was so knowledgeable and gave us amazing recommendations around the island. The attention to detail is truly impressive; they remembered our names right away and made us feel so welcome. The hotel itself is stunning, beautifully designed, and extremely clean. We will definitely be recommending Rock House to everyone and can’t wait to come back!"
