“We had a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious and extremely clean, with an amazing beach view. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the beach was absolutely breathtaking. A perfect place to relax and celebrate my birthday—I would definitely stay here again!”

“This is one of the quietest resorts I have been to. Our room was in building 6, a botanical room. We had a slight view of the ocean water, but a green, tropical view nonetheless. We didn't care about the view because we spent little time in our room. The room bath towels were scratchy. I wish they had been as soft as the towels for the pool and beach. Staff was very helpful and sweet. We ate at Pelican Bay restaurant twice, once for dinner and once for breakfast. Both meals were……

“Hello, the reason I am taking time to do this review is because I feel completely ignored when I complained of how loud and bad the room was. We where told the hotel was sold out. For 2 nights after a long travel we where not able to sleep. I was denied the opportunity to speak to a manager. When I contacted Expedia and explained it took time for them to help. “Second visit to this hotel, prior to my scuba diving trip. A little pricy for just one night, but the convenience of the location on Grace Bay is what I was looking for. Four quality restaurants are within walking distance, so that is a plus as well. Rooms have AC, ceiling fan and in my case - a huge round tub in the middle of the room.
