“This hotel has bicycles available for guests, and most of the staff is very attentive. Unfortunately, the gentleman working in the coffee shop was unable to make me a cappuccino with lactose-free milk, and when he finally did, it tasted terrible. He still charged me for it, and then asked if I could pay his bill so he could go upstairs. Aside from him, the rest of the staff was amazingly friendly and welcoming. The rooms are great, and I loved the story times they have every day! The location……

“A perfectly charming hotel with the friendliest, most thoughtful staff of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We were there five nights in a spacious room with beautiful appointments. The pool is perfect for cooling off in the afternoon. The front desk arranged a sailboat cruise for us and yoga every morning on the roof at 6:30 AM. I can’t wait to come back to this dreamy place a block from the ocean. ”

“The hotel itself is decently maintained mostly.. We were greeted with a welcome drink during check in, that was nice! The room was spacious. Housekeeping was mostly on point. Breakfast buffet was great, lots of variety. The pool area was a bit underwhelming though. The reception staff was very cordial and helpful throughout the stay! Some minor things that could be improved - 1. There was only 1 towel and 1 glass of water when we checked in. Considering that the hotel knows that there are 2……
