“This was an older property but it was quaint and super clean. The owner was so friendly and personable. She showed us around and made herself available for whatever we needed. The waterfall was right outside our room and it glowed at night under blue lights. It was exactly as pictured. We loved it and we will definitely come back!”

“We got a free room upgrade. The gift shop is nice. The food is excellent, just a bit different the man it used to be. The entire complex is more upscale than it was previously. The only downside is that there is still construction going on.”

I would definitely recommend this property for couples looking for something away from Helen, GA. It is only about 8-10 minutes to get to downtown Helen.”

“I had knee replacement surgery 5 weeks ago. The lovely gal who runs the hotel during the day unilaterally offered to help me get my luggage to the room on the second floor. She is an outstanding asset to the property Znd it’s owners!”

“I've stayed at Bridge Creek several times. It is consistently clean and comfortable. It is in the heart of Clayton, and just steps from the shops and restaurants along its main street. Parking is available along the side of the hotel on the street, and in a parking lot steps aways from the side entrance. I've never had an issue parking there. They offer free coffee in the mornings, and have a limited selection of food and drinks for sale in the lobby. There are several breakfast options……

“Check in staff was friendly. Assigned room was musty because of a large water stain in ceiling. Moved to a second room which was better. Good clean beds and bathroom. stained or rotten floor trims. Small flies in bedroom and bathroom. Sink inside the room by the bed, not inside the bathroom. Definitely rooms need repair and update. Would only stay in an emergency.”

“Very clean and comfortable unit. Felt very cozy and had excellent communication, and convenient location to town.”

“My family and I have stayed at this location 3 times as this is an excellent "base camp" to enjoy the local mountain scenery. Each time has been better than the last. Our family appreciated the proximity to local shopping. Our rooms were clean as were the rest of the facilities. We have stayed in winter, early spring and the latest was in the summer and the kids really enjoyed the pool.”

Food was delicious, the sitting area was cozy and our room was perfect. If it were possible we’d give 10 stars. “Very clean and cozy. You could tell that all the little details were considered from added pet supplies to the sound machine for sleeping. Hot tub was very nice and the fenced area was easy for taking out the dog without a leash. The fireplace was great and the kitchen had everything you could need.”
