“Front office staffs were polite, helpful and friendly. Room was made available to us 1 hr before check in time. Room was clean and with standard amenities. Location just 5 mi s walk from Batam Center Ferry Terminal. Opposite hotel is a shopping mall that have a variety of food options, hypermarket, Starbucks, bakery etc.”

“The property is awesome, it clean, comfortable, quiet and better then we expected. Everyone in this trip is very happy and statifised with the room and it environment. Breakfast is good and the environment to have it is good and above expectations. The only draw back and negative thing is my room which is a family room wasnt ready at 3 plus when I reached there and tried to check.
