“From the beginning at the front desk we were charged for taxes even though we are American citizens and Colombians as well. But because we said we entry the country by biometric standards ( which does not require the stamp at the passport ) we were charged illegally. We are going to petition de return of our tax money. We we are in Bogotá and we were exempted from taxes. Officers in immigration told us that is illegal . We are never going back to that hotel.”

“I had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference, and the atmosphere was very quiet and peaceful—perfect for relaxing. It’s also in a great location, which made getting around very convenient.
There are just a couple of areas that could be improved. The breakfast, while good, was exactly the same every day, so adding some variety would make it much better for longer stays. Also, some of the rooms feel a bit outdated……

“The views are really nice, there aren't a lot of things to do in this hotel after the second day you will be very bored. Very minimal amenities, the whirlpool have heaters but you have to plan ahead as they don't turn them on unless you ask them to. During our last two days a storm knocked down power, and although they have a generator they purposely turn it off at 10 PM which leaves every hotel guest completely in the dark with no power, no internet, and no air. It was very hard to sleep the……
