"1\. The map showing is wrong. I hardly find the place because of this. 2\. They give me a different room not only different but a more old and dirty room. Because I think they had given my room to someone else. 3\. The desk attendant cannot speak and understand English at all. 4\. Later on transfer me to a much decent and newly renovated room but for a single room only...my reservation is 2 rooms."

"The worst experience ever, the sink was broken, the carpet is very old, the vents are full of dust and probably molds too. My first room was without a window and although the management upgraded my stay to a bigger room with a window, it was not up to the standards, this was very disappointing. i think this entire hotel needs renovation from the ground up."
