“Room was ok. Was informed on check in that there was a massive puddle of water in front of the bathroom door and extended all the way to the front door. Can't understand why there was anything one about this. We were told there wasn't another room to be moved to, but we got stuck with it and there was no compensation. Had to walk around the room in shoes as the floor was soaking wet. ”

“We stayed one night with 2 older children. Staff was nice and gave us complementary drink coupon for each person including children. The apartment with upstairs bathroom and bedroom was a good surprise to us (with a balcony). The room was clean and spacious. Kitchen was well-equipped and maintained. However, the dining table was a too small. There were a few restaurants and convenient store located in the same area. Very suitable for family with young / older children.”

“The 3 lady at reception were so friendly. I only got Riley name. She put me in a better room, with minimal road noise. The other two great, advised me where to eat, and organised a taxi today for airport. The grounds are kept well and rooms very clean. Plenty of choices very close for food. And Rockhampton Leagues club across the road. I will be back. Thanks for a great stay”
