“This historic plantation felt more like a family compound than a hotel. Many lovely verandas to have a drink and learn more about the history of the island. Several themed dinner events through the week. Lots of monkeys too! ”

“The Golden Rock is a beautiful, low intensity hotel complex, with exceptional gardens. It offers something quite different than other hotels in Nevis. The staff were exceptionally helpful and caring. They also helped to make arrival easy by organizing a seamless transfer from the airport to the water taxi and then to the hotel. Highly recommend”

“I had a lovely stay at Ylang Cottage. The setting was quite beautiful in a tropical garden and included a screened in porch with a modern hammock swing.The double bed was very comfortable with nice linens and the bathroom had a walk in shower with plenty of hot water. I loved the quiet location and proximity to The Hermitage (5 minute walk) where I could enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner and meet friends and new guests.Tracey and her husband were very welcoming and easily available for advice……

“Apartment is beautiful, with a nice comfortable furniture, very clean, with equipped kitchen, beach towels. Property manager is on top of things and checking out on the guests. It's a beautiful complex with a lazy pool and a gym, 2minutea walk to the beach. Beach is gorgeous with umbrellas and lounge chairs. Water is so warm, perfect for swimming. Restaurant is right on the beach for a tasty lunch. We will highly recommend this property which is good for a couple or family.”

“I have to say that whilst we enjoyed our stay I did find the property listing somewhat misleading with regard to the distance the property is in relation to the town and beaches etc. We are both fairly active people but could not have walked into town, I am sure it would have taken us about half an hour especially in the heat and I certainly would not have wanted to walk along the road to town at night. Luckily a local person gave us information about using the local buses and we were able to……
