“We rate all the hotel staff 100%. We could not fault them at all. My partner suffered an injury at the end of our holiday and she was looked after by all. Everyone was caring and friendly. They could not do enough to help. She would like to thank everyone for their care and friendliness. The food was excellent, the meals we had in Casanova were the best we have ever eaten in an all inclusive hotel. It was fine dining at its best. Hotel, rooms and outdoor areas were spotlessly clean and well……

“Room was spotless, staff friendly and helpful ”

“The room was clean. Only 2 towels. No wash clothes or hand towels or bath mat. There was no hot water for showers. Only luke warm water. The hair dryer didn't work and we had to ask twice to get a hair dryer sent to the room. Also had to ask twice for wash clothes. The breakfast was very good and the staff was always kind and pleasant. The beach bar and the staff there was great. I've stayed there many times before and this was not the same as what we've come to expect. ”

“One of my favourite places to stay in ocho. The junior suites are beautiful and such a great price. The pool and the bar is fantastic as well. The staff are amazing! The only negative thing is ladies don’t use a facecloth to remove your makeup it will cost you $60 American off the deposit for one facecloth…. Other then that great hotel”

“Basic hotel with clean facilities. Exceptional kitchen staff Tishoy and Chante' were excellent, very receptive, service with a smile. Stayed two nights needed to be in Icho for a budget price and this was just perfect 👌 ”

“Omg book this resort now. By far the best vacation ever!! The manager Omar was very friendly and wonderful. The entire staff make you feel very relaxed and welcome. Our butler Anthony and Robert wow amazing!!! Anthony always went above and beyond and was just pleasant. If you are looking for 5star service and a very relaxing vacation don’t search any further. Best part is they have a shuttle that goes to the other sandles property so you will never get bored.”
