“This place has really gone downhill. From broken elevators to toilets backing up, the maintenance is non-existent. I was most disgusted by the housekeeping—they actually remade our bed with stained sheets instead of replacing them. Every meal was either cold or poorly prepared, especially at the steakhouse.
