“Terrible!Terrible!
I booked two days and pre-paid, but when we arrived, the hotel's reception is out of work. And they said our room was sold to others.How can it happen？Hotel in Rabat is tight, we drove all around the city, but we cannot even find a room to stay. That was the most terrible experience in my life. So I want to complaint this hotel.”

“Please make a separate smoking section. Chef khalid at magnolia was excellent. Magnolia staff need to be attentive to guests. My husband and I waited close to 30 minutes and had to ask the manager to get us a server. Sadia in the spa was very kind and informative. Gave us a personal tour. Servers in breakfast area with a view were impeccable. Great personalized service. Excellent experience overall. Great customer service.”

“We appreciate big helps from the owner of this riad. One of us got sick and had a fever. The owner gave us a favor to purchase medicines and provided a lot of heated water and teas to us. This riad was decorated with classical Islamic sculptures and furnitures. Each bed was equipped with electric heating blanket which made our sleeping very comfortable. Don't miss rooftop terrace with stunning sunset and medina view.”
