“Este hotel local no es recomendable para turistas. El servicio de bufé no era apetecible y la calidad del snack bar era aún más deficiente. El personal mostró una mala actitud de forma constante. Además, se percibía un desagradable olor a tuberías y sufrimos cortes de agua y electricidad durante la estancia. En la habitación, el inodoro no descargaba correctamente y el agua salía amarillenta debido al moho. Ha sido mi peor experiencia en un régimen de "todo incluido"; me vi obligado a salir los……

“Currently under renovation, our room was renovated and nicely furnished and clean. We did have to move to a new room due to bathroom floor collecting water, not installed properly so water from shower was getting under the floor so when stepped on water came up. The staff easily moved us to another room. The areas that are renovated are very nice. Restaurant was nice and the food was decent.”

“I don’t have much to say about the hotel because we stayed here after a late (past midnight) flight and left again quite early in the morning. So we didn’t use any of the amenities like the pool or gym . Our room was comfortable and clean and staff was very friendly.”
