“Amazing hotel overall just a great property, location is spot on to several beaches that are just breathtaking. Also you are minutes from downtown and the great dining areas there. Please keep in mind that the marina is also minutes away and you can rent a boat and hit the little islands and archipelagos. Overall 5 start property and location, the only downside is the dinner buffet charge it’s 50 euros per person a bit too much for what you get. Other than that again a great experience!!”

“Whilst the WI-Fi was very slow and the check-in receptionist made me sign, an agreement which, reads that taking food from a non hotel store or restaurant to the room is strictly forbidden (made me feel as if was being welcomed at boarding school. The food at the restaurant is good, unfortunately it’s served warm…. Despite that, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this lovely property.”

“It is a nice hotel which is set up on a hillside which gives it a unique character and lovely views. The main pool felt a little cramped but was nice, the infinity pool was very relaxing but lacked a bar (it had one but they didn't open it) which made it less appealing to use. The sea deck was nice but you had to head across one road and up another back into the resort to use the toilets. The rooms look like they do in the pictures, but bathrooms were a little disappointing. They are rather……

“Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase.……

“Super friendly staff. Pretty beach onsite. Great restaurants on site. Advertisement of shuttle service to/from airport non existent. That was not good because the transfer fees were over $100 each way and I should have ordered a car at the airport had I known.”

“Le plus apprécié était: la proximité de la mer et le fait que les transats et le parasol soient compris dans le prix. La gentillesse du personnel, les commodités autour de la piscine, la qualité des repas. La vue mer depuis la chambre était bien présente et splendide même si nous étions logés sur un rez de chaussée haut avec un ascenseur extérieur bouchant un peu le reste de la vue. La propreté/ménage de la chambre, les chips, les friandises et la bouteille d'eau renouvelés tous les jours par……

“Our room was lovely, with two balconies overlooking the pool! Fully kitted out with all amenities you'd expect. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, however during checkin the experience faltered a little, with it taking about 30 minutes to tell us our room wasn't ready (no problem with this, but sitting in reception waiting for someone to let us know was much less fun than sitting at the pool would have been!) and then another 30+ mins waiting for our bags to be brought to the room after……

“From the front desk check in with Matteo, to breakfast, lunch or dinner service with Emanuel and cocktails service overlooking the ocean with Mercedes we couldn’t have been more looked after and pampered!! The property is absolute paradise and the people who work there are so sweet and wonderful, add to that the food is delicious. Hopefully we will be back again!”

“The views from the resort are absolutely stunning. We stayed in the Villa Tavolara. It was quiet. The view was amazing. The villa was clean, private, and beautiful. Our only issue was the door to one of the bedrooms was hard to open and it took multiple tries and lots of effort to get the lock to turn. But other than that, everything else was perfect. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning by the pool. We traveled with a 1 year old and they provided a crib. Check in and check out was simple.it……
