A great small boutique hotel right in the center of the town. Beautifully renovated with playful design. The staff is very helpful and nice.

Clean and newly renovated. Nice and spacious shower. Room was very comfortable. But there is no front lobby. Check in is online.

We enjoyed our stay at Onlyrooms. The room is spacious, very clean and conveniently located. The hosts, with whom we communicated via Whatsapp, were very friendly and accommodating. All good!

Manager was patient in awaiting my arrival and gave a good overview of the room. I felt quite comfortable there. Parking was easily found with help my manager.

We arrived at 9:30PM. Stefania knew we would be hungry after a long day of travel and offered to order us a pizza which arrived quickly. The property is beautiful. The breakfast bountiful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

My stay here was absolutely lovely. It is a large house with various sitting rooms and balconies sprinkled throughout, so you can read or have a glass of wine and watch the sunset. The staff was absolutely superb. Some of the helpers were more reserved, but the people in charge were knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating.The front desk clerk was very helpful and one server in particular- perhaps his name was Christian- was incredibly knowledgeable about the provenance of all of the wines...

This is a very very nice place the service is out of this world the beach is 2 min away grocery store and restaurant close by local bus be downtown in Aprox 15min i travel a lot and if I could give them 10stars I would

I had a very very long delayed flight and needed to stay somewhere in Olbia for a night and full day...this place was great! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I loved the two pools - they are much smaller than the images make them seem, but it was just totally fine - also with two bed canapies and a lot of shaded umbrella beds...the bar was great. Room was well air conditioned, nice. The breakfast was very good....it does take about 12 minutes to get to the city center - we went out...

We had a wonderful stay at this villa located in the heart of Cagliari. Communication with the owner was great. The place had wonderful amenities. It was quiet. The internet speed was good. Dining, groceries and shopping are literally right outside the door. The air conditioning kept up with the heat. It is an easy walk to local sites and the marina. We parked the car at the train station. I suggest you get a monthly pass if you stay more than 5 days. We will book again on our next trip to...
