“The rooms are very nice. Very comfortable beds. Mineral spa is very relaxing and food in dining room was very good. Surrounding community is also very nice, especially during non winter seasons.”

“We enjoyed our stay except check in and parking. Their underground parking lot was full and only 3 spots uncovered to unload. We got soaked (and so did our luggage), it was snowing very wet snow so this was quite unpleasant. The rooms are not large but stylish.”

“Hotel rooms are nice, the breakfast is a nice bonus. Gym is sad- 2 dusty treadmills and am elliptical.”

“We quite appreciate the reception of the staff. They were accommodating and kind. The front desk Supervisor, Damandeep Singh went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. With staff like that, we will definitely return often. The staff in the kitchen even suggested best times to come so my kids can enjoy the trip as well. My mum enjoyed the hot tub too. Altogether a fantastic and memorable stay.”

“This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.”
