“海灘、游泳池太漂亮了，食物很不錯，服務也不錯”

“Lovely staff, nice pool, good singers. Suggestions would be to have a larger area to hang towels, exhaust fan in bathroom, pool or table tennis indoors. I still give them 5 stars overall, very happy and would stay there again. Shout out to Edna, she was lovely (as were all the staff).”

“It is quite a nice experience to have stayed there for 10 days. The owners and the staffs there were really friendly, and responded to my requests immediately. The door nub was not working well, but I have no problem leaving my stuff in the room while I was away for meetings. It is a bit far from downtown, and after 9pm it is quite a challenge to get a bus to go back to that direction. However it has a really nice restaurant, and the rib eye there is the best I have ever had.”

“We pre booked a 4 night stay and fully paid only to turn up for check in and the hotel was closed for renovations. We had to stay somewhere else. The owner claimed he didn’t have our booking on his system but we had confirmation etc.”

“Many options for kids activities and friendly staff”

“We felt very welcomed at Tropicana the staff were very friendly and helpful. Diana even took us around the island for the day. The kids loved the pool and kayaks in the lagoon. The apartments came fully equipped so you can cook your own meals as well. Would recommend!”

“當天有點悶，開房間冷氣，聲音較吵，另外單人床很小，床鋪太軟，房間外有亭子，內有桌椅適合放鬆聊天，當天晚到，吧台已關門，但櫃台人員仍然願意特別服務，還不錯！”
