"The hotel was a gem at a great price and in a perfect location!"

"We got an apartment to be able to go to ski to many close by parks. It was very convenient and fully equipped. The 2 people at front desk we SUPER FRIENDLY and helpful. A superb customer service. Would certainly stay there again"

"Spa, zwembad, vermaak voor kinderen, speeltuin, redelijk grote kamers maar geen airco en gehorig (had een kamer met binnendeur naar een tweede kamer indien je met gezin bent). Kamers worden vroeg schoongemaakt, keurige Covid regels, goed ontbijtbuffet, maar matig dinerbuffet."

"Good location in the old town. Quiet, clean room. Nice spa area. Breakfast was fine."

"hortel was very clean and staff professional breakfast super"

"Hidden gem. Lovely room with veranda outside door entrance. Great location to castle area. Very nicely designed and decorated. Keys are collected from an office few minutes walk away. Would definitely recommend this place to stay."

"This is a beautiful hotel! It is set in a stunning location. The room was large and felt very luxurious. It has a bathtub, which is rather rare these days. The food in both the main dining room and the bar is delicious. Staff is lovely and knowledgeable about the area and is willing to arrange whatever activities that interest you."

"Extremely impolite staff, just taking your money and giving nothing in return. How can a rexeptionist say I am busy I have no time to deal with your problem? Paid upfront, no refund, no cancellation nothing.Once I got a room just above the jacuzzi compressor, the room as a replacement was at the ventillation corridor. Manager did not care, did not even show up. The customer means nothing at this hotel."
