“Vi har bott här förut, men nu är hotellet rustat. Verkligen ett lyft. Jättefin lobby och restaurang. Rummen superfina och fräscha. Trevlig personal. Det enda som är lite tokigt är att det inte finns så många parkeringsplatser, men tydligen kan de ordna fler vid en pub i grannskapet. ”

“We checked in after midnight as we need to stay for one night before return home. Check in process was efficient and took only a few minutes. Reception lady was courteous and efficient. Would certainly stay again if needed in future.”

“It was not a very bad hotel but it happened to have some car event outside the hotel at the carpark and so we were not able to get a parking space. And I heard that these events happened all the time so just in case if you are bumping into one of there it’s gonna be a big trouble ( terrible traffic and no parking space till 10pm)”

“One bedroom suite booked. Sofa bed in sitting room. Spacious. V clean with new decor. Used washing machine. Easy to use. Good soundproof quality. Plenty of storage. One downside: not enough parking spaces. Needed to park on street right outside hotel (allowed between 7 pm to 7 am the next day). Husband then got up around 6:30 n parked our car back into hotel’s compound once after a car left. Otherwise the stay was perfect”

“There is no obvious signage for drivers to this hotel. The corridors in the hotel are narrowed and it's difficult for 2 people with luggages to walk through. My executive room was spacious and comfortable though. Not enough sockets or USB in the room to charge my phones and ipads. The reception would not add my IHG membership number to my stay, so I think this IHG membership is not worthy to use any more as its staff did not even give any respect to it. I didn't feel any difference with and……

“My stay was okay for a 1 night stop over. Didn't realize the distance from Heathrow, making the taxi very costly. Staff members was helpful in allowing me to use their charger to charge my phone because the plug in the room was loose until I purchased a charger. ”

“ I didn't realise when I booked the hotel was on the motorway services. However we were able to use the service road to access in and out of the services without going on the M25. Room was clean everything you needed. The lady on reception was so helpful told us where to find local places to eat and even gave me the fan from reception for my room as it was so hot. It's not a luxury hotel but the service was fantastic and the room comfortable would definitely book again.”
