Really loved this hotel. Great concept - very comfortable. I've never heard so many positive comments from guests checking out. Incredibly comfortable even despite the heatwave. Only issue was in the lobby. Hot weather seems to have dried out some of the sink drains so was a strong odor of sewer gases each evening. Got better as the evening went on.

Its my second time staying in the hotel and I love it. I love the decoration, the staff is very friendly, the location in Kensington is great since the tube is very near, its full of restaurants and not packed with tourists as in other areas. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
