“I was little disappointed as when I booked through hotels.com platform,they advertised it as breakfast included free but then when I arrived at the hotel, I was told breakfast was not included. They didn't tell me the cost of the breakfast until I asked, neither was I given a receipt of my payment made (I should have asked but I had three little kids to sort out and it slipped out of my mind)
The room was stuffy, there was a fan which only had speed control and didn't do a great job.

“Although front desk services was a little bit long, overall score is very good.
The hotel is a historical building and maintenance was good. My room is on the same floor near the reception counter and was clean and very spacious. The green and leafy environment makes you feel very relax and enjoy.
There's Supermarket 15-30 minutes walk away. You can shop at Walton by taking a 461 bus for around 10mins distances. Clarks, H&M...,,, not so big but worth to visit.”
