"We really enjoyed our stay in the lagoon paradise resort and even decided to stay one day longer than initially planned. You can enjoy the breakfast (as well as dinner) in the nice beach restaurant with a great view. We booked a cabana which was located near the swimming pool. We would definitely recommend the hotel to anybody who visits Tangalle! Special thanks also to the staff (especially Weerasena & Thisara) who were more than welcoming."

It is fairly easy to get into Tangalle itself from this property, though you will likely need to organize transportation because walking down the main road to get into town is a bit harrowing (a tuk tuk will be $1-2 USD each way). "Fabulous place!! The people here are so helpful and friendly! Well, it is Sri Lanka after all!! What a gem this hotel is, the spa treatments are fab and even though we didn't pay for meals to be included we have eaten most of our meals here, lovely!! Would definitely stay again. rooms are clean and spacious and the staff will supply you with anything you should need. Fab!!!"

"The hotel was a complete disappointment. It is completely in ruins. The price doesn't make any sense. The staff was very nice though, but couldn't do much. The beach nearby, however, is spectacular. Try other accommodations in the area."
