My friends and I kept mentioning throughout our stay how cute it was, and how we appreciated the nice little touches throughout the place. “This was a nice and rustic trip away from the city into the peace and serenity of the country. Beautiful night sky with a fire pit and a porch allowed one to enjoy the sights and sounds. Cows, goats, miniature horses, chickens, geese, peacocks, dogs, and cats are some of the friendly animals on the property. Trailer was clean and bed was comfortable.”

“Great stay at a nice property just outside of Ellicottville, plenty of space for two families (4 adults, 3 kids). Pretty nicely updated, hot tub worked great. Some issues with plowing when we arrived (lots of snow left on the driveway) but that was taken care of by the second day. Highly recommend.”

“The bed and breakfast was amazing! We stayed in the African room and it was very clean, beautiful decor and very comfortable bed. We had a Mexican breakfast that was prepared by Jeanne, it was very delicious. Dave greeted us when we got there, he was a delight to talk to. Overall, this bed and breakfast is a wonderful get away and we will definitely be back. Thank you Dave and Jeanne for the wonderful experience!”
