“We had the best time. The house is clean and right on the water. We enjoyed a daytrip to Boldt castle and another jaunt to sachets harbor. FYI - this house is not great for mobility challenges or overly tall folks. The online pictures don’t totally show how low the ceilings are. My friend is 6ft 8- and was routinely hitting his head on moldings and lower thresholds. The floors have many different levels so you will be stepping up and down as you go. No reason to worry if you’re under 6...

“This is a fantastic spot to listen to the waves and enjoy the summer breeze off the lake, really everything we had hoped for, a charming lake house on the water, with stellar views over the lake in a beautiful quiet spot. We loved our stay, enjoyed swimming, kayaking in the provided boats and cooking in the equiped kitchen.”

“We loved staying here! The home is beautiful, clean and updated. It is centrally located to many Thousand island towns, which we visited. We loved relaxing on the deck and the rocks for the waves, sunsets, and fishing. There was only one bad part having to leave! A grill, firepit and a raft would be bonuses. Mosquito zappers or citronella candles are much needed. ”

“Terrific experience. Cottage was larger and nicer than I expected from the pictures. Extremely well appointed in terms of kitchenware etc. in general it is clear the owners have looked to make this as pleasant an experience for guests as possible. Great recommendations in the book left for guests etc. Highly recommend. ”
