"The apartment and amenities are very nice and the view of the Matterhorn from the apartment is unforgettable. We have to do the check in at another location and walk a bit with our suit cases to the building, and this was unexpected. The staff at the check in location was OK. The location is at a walking distance from the train station and commerce, which is a plus. The city of Zermatt is beautiful and cozy."
