We did enjoy our stay. Everything was perfect: breakfast was delicious, the rooms were very clean, the staff was very helpful and polite, surroundings were beautiful.

A wonderful stay! The staff were so incredibly helpful and accommodating. The rooms were so clean, breakfast in the morning was amazing, the pool was great. One of the best places we have stayed anywhere in the world. Location is great, easy walk pretty much everywhere, but quiet at night.

The room, bathroom and entire property were spotless, the bed was very comfortable with nice linens. Mirko and his wife Daniella were very attentive and welcoming to my husband and me after a long flight from Phoenix Arizona to Milan and the drive to their lovely home. The breakfast was excellent and the kitchen was well appointed. Although Mirko doesn’t speak much English, we were still able to have a lovely conversation upon arrival, at breakfast each morning and the morning of our departure....

The staff was incredible. Beautiful views from our balcony. The included spa had a steam room, jacuzzi and sauna which we fully enjoyed. We considered staying another night after we saw the room for the first time! We would definitely recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay.

Perhaps the most welcoming experience that we have had. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Location is very good, walking distance to lifts and to a broad range of restaurants. The pool and jacuzzi have a unique vibe. Highly recommended as a top choice in Zermatt.

Comfort and perks greatly exceeding expectations for a budget hotel. This hotel's "budget rooms", where we stayed at the height of summer, offer a (ski) lodge experience but also provide access to high end amenities (pool, sauna, workout, jacuzzi etc.). While the budget rooms are below surface level, they are designed to still offer glimpses of mountains and sky. They are also incredibly spacious and equipped with modern furniture and fixtures. A family run hotel with terrific views of the Matterhorn. Electric shuttle picked us up and dropped us off at the train station on arrival/departure. A free local bus allowed access to downtown but service ended at about 7:30PM and the walk back would be pretty uphill and take half an hour. Alternatively taxis are available but we were told they can be quite expensive. We were able to ski out and ski most of the way back. Beginner skiers would struggle to do so. Beautifully styled modern hotel, pristine condition. Excellent service. Spa experience (free) was very fun. Breakfast buffet extensive and delicious. View of Matterhorn from balcony was a huge perk. Located in middle of "Downtown" area with train/tram stations, tennis courts, shopping, restaurants, and bars within stone's throw.
