“The room was fine but we didn’t know the room we booked was actually a tiny compound separated from the main hotel by looking at the online photos. The room we had was without any privacy as there is only the ground floor (and basement) and everyone walking by the road could see us. We didn’t feel safe as well. ”

“very good house, very good person! 屋同相一樣，整潔企理 屋主非常好人，主動聯繫，提供當地資料，天氣等... 位置距火車站約10分鐘路程，不算近但容易找，出車站大街直行到教堂左轉過橋後第二條街右轉直去不遠就到，我推行李行亦ok\~ 最後十分建議到街口的運動店租單車慢遊整個策馬特，50CHF左右，帶PASSPORT去比店員copy就ok，租/還車都方便簡單”

“I have spent 4 days 3 nights in the apartment with my husband for our honeymoon trip. It was so wonderful that we were upgraded to another floor with spectacular view of Matterhorn (haus nina). The apartment is very comfortable and sweet. Kitchen has all cooking utensils you need and there is a large oven, the pots for cheese fondue, meat fondue and raclette. Thanks again to staff from Zermatt holiday for pick up us in train station and kindly recommended a 3-day itinerary to us(Sadly I forgot……
