“We booked this apartment because we wanted the option of self catering and a terrace or balcony we could have breakfast on. The advert is cleverly worded and photographed to give the impression there is a usable balcony, with a city view. There isn’t, it’s the bottom of an internal light well complete with washing machine and water dripping from the air conditioning unit of the apartment above leaving a damp drains odour. You would not sit here and have a meal. We also had to give the cutlery,……

“The way up by car is not for the faint hearted. Read the instructions clearly or you may come across serious problems. Once you get there, the parking is great. Hotel has an excellent location, and you can basically walk everywhere around the old part of town. Walking to Alhambra is doable but we took the bus and we were glad we did. Reception lady is very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are spotless with thick, fresh towels in the bathrooms. Great experience overall.”

“The best part about the apartment is its location. You’re a 5 min walk or less from nearly everything (including a taxi stop). It was very nice, and clean, and the checkin process was a breeze. Comfortable bed. It can be a little noisy at night as you are located in the center of the city. But it’s not too loud and with earplugs and the windows shut I slept great. Overall, it’s worth the trade off for its location. Only thing I wish I could have had was additional pillows for sleeping (as I……
