“The location of the hotel was not really that convenient unless you wanted to be in the South Quay area. We arrived after mid night and the area airing the hotel was very quiet and next to a large flyover. The hotel staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. I didn’t particularly like the industrial vibe of the hotel but each to their own!!”

“It was an amazing stay. But, if you are looking for breakfast, please book it by 10 pm before the morning you want to have the breakfast”

“I was just finished 6 nights at this Hotel. The hotel room is spacious enough for my family of 2 adults and 1 kid. The hotel room can view four train tracks and riverside which’s quiet lovely, especially my son loves to see the trains. However, there was noise coming from outside during night and morning. If you needed quiet sleep, you need to consider of this. Kitchen was clean and old fashioned but not the pan for cooking was not good enough. No room service, breakfast needed to purchased……

“10/29半夜三點房門突然被工作人員用萬用卡打開. 被嚇到整晚睡不著. (門口還有掛do not disturb喔) 隔天跟櫃台反應,他們說會內部討論. 10/31check out前台居然甚麼都不知道的還問我 一切都還好嗎?FInal comment: 一個需要被好好整頓的旅店. 雖然是用房卡,女性旅客還是盡量記得要鎖門”

“地毯不夠乾淨，有塵埃。企浴位置去水不好。不明白為何馬桶沒有馬桶蓋？如果酒店能夠提供拖鞋比較好。 大堂職員態度親切有善，能夠解決我所有疑問”

“Nice staff. The room is big and comfortable. It is just next to a light rail station but we can also walk to the airport bus station, market, CBD etc”
