“The school house is a WONDERFUL, sweet little place to stay. Though we didn't use the kitchen, it is perfectly equipped. Having two full baths was very helpful on our trip of three adults. The history was clearly valued and maintained as much as possible while adding those conveniences (and neccessities) like airconditioning, laundry, etc. I could have stayed for much longer. A great retreat and only 10 minutes from Wamego, 20 minutes from Manhattan.”

“For an extended stay, this is a good option. Stayed for one night and just to sleep so was there less than 12 hours. Blinds on windows do not block out street lights so it seems like daylight all night long. Lots of road noise. Check in requirement to photo copy my drivers license was strange. When I asked, why, the explanation was because we want to make sure no one pretends to be you. I asked what happened to the paper copy after we leave and they said, we keep it in a file. That’s not……

“Very clean, comfortable apartment for our week long stay in Wamego. The kitchen appliances were clean and in excellent condition. Tableware, pots, pans and all the cooking equipment we needed was available and in excellent condition. Bed and pillows excellent, allowing for great sleep and restful nights. Off street parking was available for two vehicles. The only down side was the number of stairs required to reach the apartment, but the accommodations are worth the climb, even for those of us……
