“Everything was good, except at booking time we were not told the deeded beach access was closed because of maintenance?? At check in we were told to use a beach access 1.5 miles away from the property. They need to be honest and transparent on this issue. ”

“We had a fantastic trip and loved this carriage house. Every thing you can imagine is there. We enjoyed the beach set up and pickleball courts. Having a golf cart is super handy too. The mattress and linens were so nice and the house was spotless. The only thing to note is if you are not an early riser or sensitive to light in your bedroom, the sun rises in those 3 East facing windows you see pictured above the bed. “Loved the property! It was perfect for our girls trip! Only complaint is you could only have one parking spot per room, and the elevators take forever to get on. But nothing to stray away! Will definitely book again!”

“Overall, the property itself is very nice. The pool area was beautiful and clean. But our room itself was not. There were unsettling stains on the upholstery of the bed. And the pullout couch bed had urine stains on it. I had to go out and purchase an air mattress for my children to sleep. The living room rug was filth. Overall, the room just didn’t have that beach vacation getaway vibe. But I think with a little makeover, it would’ve been perfect! Also, the walls are quite thin. Our neighbors……

“We had a great stay. The home was beautiful and worked great for our family. The golf cart and access to private beach were wonderful as well.”

“Honestly we were only inside for sleeping. We spent the entire time out on either the deck or on the screened in porch. My mom called the screened in part her little tree house, because it felt more like being in the trees due to how the property sits. Even though all the beautiful oaks & magnolia trees block a full view of the lake from the porches, you only have to wander over to the pavilion, fire pit or dock to take in it’s beauty. So many wonderful memories my momma & her sisters made as……
