“Spotlessly clean rooms and comfortable beds in a simple but charming building. Really good breakfast and easy parking. No place to eat in Suðureyri apparently in October (apart from the Fisherman's breakfast) but it's a beautiful remote and very quiet little village. Super friendly staff.”

“Good”

“Private bathroom. There are total around 18 rooms, and the shared kitchen is large prividing 5 stoves and 5 microwave oven. Free coffee machine. I like very much as price is reasonable with good quality, wondering why people gave low mark to this guesthouse”

“Brilliant property”

“Two amazing young people ( Maya and Casban ) manage this property so well and we are very impressed knowing them. Property is in a clean residential neighborhood with plenty of parking in the front. Clean rooms. Laundry available for a fee. Free coffee all the time. Simple but nice breakfast. Sweet little town to walk about. High recommend this place.”

“Free breakfast buffet in the hotel main building. But the room for 4 is quite small which doesn’t really matches the photo in the website. Just a few minutes walk to the port for a boat ride to hornstrandir.”

“This was very clean and well decorated. The receptionist was friendly. We enjoyed the continental breakfast along the sea view. Recommend to pay a visit there :)”

“Quiet”

“The road to get here is rough but the trip is so worth it. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are so kind. The food was delicious! This is a one of a kind spot and was a highlight of my Iceland trip.”

“This hotel is a very cool looking building. The entire building looked to be remodeled and was very nice. Our room had a full kitchen and very large bathroom. The check-in lady was very friendly. This hotel does not have self check-in so I'm not sure how it works if you arrive late. There is a doorbell to ring help. It was walkable to all of downtown for bars and dining. We really loved the location. I can't think of anything negative to say.”

“Lady at reception was very kind.”
