“The staff were very nice and attentive. We very much appreciated their help. It was a beautiful hotel with an old-Zacatecas charm that looks like it was modernized to some extent. The breakfast served every day was excellent. Everyone looks like they worked hard and enjoy what they do. All of this goes a long way.
A couple of things to note on our stay, which should not under any circumstances deter you from staying here was that:

“Very nice hotel with good amenities. There was Highway and train noise but nothing loud enough to keep people up at night. Restaurant area was very nice and the staff were polite and helpful. I did request a rollaway crib three seperate times and was not brought one. In the end I had to sleep with my baby and create a barrier so she wouldn't fall off the bed. The wifi is great with a nice desk and fridge/microwave. Water pressure and temperature was excellent. I would come back to this hotel.”
